Josh Duhamel's gorgeous date is model Audra Mari, Dailymail.com can reveal.
The 25-year-old pageant beauty, who is part Filipino, was seen with the 46-year-old actor on Monday as they enjoyed an ocean-side rendezvous at Nobu, Malibu.
Audra won Miss World America in 2016 and placed 11th at Miss World the same year.
Like Josh, the 5ft 10in beauty hails from North Dakota - and she won Miss North Dakota USA 2014 as well as placing?1st runner-up at the Miss USA 2014 pageant.
Audra is signed with Los Angeles modeling agency Vision LA and boasts over 30,000 Instagram followers.
There were no signs of PDA but it definitely seemed to be an intimate affair as no one else was pictured with the couple.??
Audra put on quite the leggy display in a lacy white romper along with pale pink duster.?
She teamed the look with strappy black heels while clutching onto a medium-sized checked Louis Vuitton bag.
Josh kept it simple in a white Henley shirt with jeans and black leather boots.?
The outing came after Josh was tagged in an Instagram photo getting a kiss from The Dirt star Rebekah Graf.?
Just a few days earlier, Pretty Little Liars star Tyler Blackburn shared a collage of photos from a recent trip to the Dominic Republic, where Duhamel, 46, and Graf, 36, were both tagged.
One of the photos in the collage showed Graf kissing a smiling Duhamel on the cheek while out on a boat.??
Duhamel went on Dax Shepard's Armchair Expert podcast last year, where he made it clear that he still wants to have more kids.
'I'm not 30 years old anymore, I'm 45. I want to have more kids now, or in the next few years, so it's more about finding someone young enough to have kids,' he said.?
'I'm trying to find a girl who I can be with and have a family with, you know,' he concluded during the podcast.
Duhamel has a son, Axl, who turns six years old this coming August, with his ex-wife, singer Fergie, 44.
He briefly dated Eiza Gonzalez last year as they were spotted together in?February on romantic outings.
By?July however the relationship was over as Josh responded to a question about her whereabouts, 'If you are looking for Eiza, we're done.'
Duhamel most recently starred in the USA Network series Unsolved: The Murders of Tupac and The Notorious B.I.G.
He also made his directorial debut and starred in the big screen comedy The Buddy Games, which was released back in February.
The North Dakota native also has Think Like a Dog and The Lost Husband in post-production.?

- Cirque du Soleil performers manage the seemingly impossibleCirque Du Soleil has become one of the most recognizable and impressive acrobatic acts in the world. They are known for performing feats of strength, balance, and coordination that seem impossible for humans to accomplish. The performers amaze their audience with their precision and timing as they fly through the air, leap and spin, and balance on one hand high above the stage. The performers add artistic flair and graceful dance-like moves for a spectacular and breath taking show. As if this were not enough, the acts are connected with a story plot that keeps the guests entertained and captivated even when the stage props are being switched. The musical performers that lend their talent make the show a complete delight in every respect. This Cirque Du Soleil show took place at a resort near Playa Del Carmen, Mexico. The actors used a mix of English, Spanish, French and mime skills to communicate with the crowd in what turned out to be an interactive experience that brought laughter and squeals of delight. They involved members of the audience to add brilliant comedy to the mix. One of the acts was a pair of gymnasts who displayed unbelievable talent. While the larger of the pair lay on a small couch with his feet extended straight up, the second performer leaped up and balanced on his feet. After a brief pause, the larger one spun and juggled the smaller one rapidly. He continually heaved his partner in the air, catching him each time while the audience watched with amazement. It seemed impossible that they would be able to time their efforts so precisely, yet they were flawless. The performer that was being spun was somehow able to combat the dizziness that must be inevitable with such constant spinning motion. The applause at the end was a clear indication of the appreciation that the audience felt for what these two were able to accomplish. If you haven't seen a Cirque du Soleil act, it's more than worth going.Rumble
