One of the tabloids claims
Miranda Lambert is divorcing husband Brendan McLoughlin after just 122 days of marriage. The story is completely untrue. Gossip Cop can debunk it.

The country star and the NYPD officer tied the knot in January after only three months of dating, and according to
, the relationship is already over. A supposed source tells the magazine that Lambert is “moving out” of their $2 million apartment in New York City and telling friends that “marrying Brendan was the biggest mistake of her life.” Star
One of the major issues, says the alleged insider, is the long-distance nature of their relationship. Lambert still owns a home in Nashville, and the time apart has supposedly been taking a toll on their marriage. “Flying Brendan back and forth to Tennessee was tiring,” adds the questionable tipster, adding that the singer wanted them to settle in Nashville and have a baby. Considering that Lambert just spent $2 million on a penthouse apartment in New York City, this assertion doesn’t make much sense.
Still, the seemingly phony source further contends that Lambert’s pals are concerned she’ll lose her fortune in the “split,” adding, “Because of the way she rushed in to marrying Brendan, they’re scared she didn’t have him sign a prenup. They’re very fearful she didn’t take the necessary legal steps to protect her money.”
The anonymous “insider” goes on to say that Lambert’s ex-husband Blake Shelton somehow got wind of the “divorce” news and sent her a snide text saying, “Better luck next time!” The so-called “source” adds, “That was especially cruel, given that he’s been in a loving relationship with Gwen Stefani since right after he and Miranda went their separate ways.” As for Lambert, she “can’t seem to believe she’s just had one failed romance after another,” adds the seemingly fictitious source.

The tabloid’s report is entirely fabricated. Less than a week ago,
on her farm in Nashville. The singer then noted that she and McLoughlin plan on helping the dogs find a home. The spouses are splitting their time between Tennessee and New York, and doing so hasn’t been an issue. Lambert shared an Instagram photo of her husband holding two rescue puppies
Gossip Cop checked in with Lambert’s spokesperson, who tells us on the record that Star’s report is “completely made-up.” The singer’s rep, who’s qualified to speak on her behalf, further assures us, “Not one iota is true. They are happy and together!”
This wouldn’t be the first time we’ve caught the unreliable outlet publishing fiction about the singer. Last year,
Gossip Cop busted the tabloid for wrongly reporting that . As time has proven, no such show was ever produced. This latest article about the country star getting a divorce is more nonsense. Lambert was doing a reality show about her life

Faith Hill and Tim McGraw headed for divorce?
Faith Hill and Tim McGraw are headed for a divorce, reveals an
OK! cover story. The publication reports a split is imminent after nearly 23 years of marriage.
A source tells the magazine, “They’ve been practically living separate lives for months… it’s just a matter of who files the paperwork first.” The tipster says trust issues have been the biggest problem for the couple, adding, “Tim is very flirtatious, which makes Faith jealous and nervous about other women working with him.”
Meanwhile, the outlet asserts Hill is also “a flirt and has given Tim cause to worry.” “They’re each worth around $80 million – $165 million combined – and are prepared to fight tooth and nail to keep what’s theirs,” says the insider, who goes on to share, “Neither one is going to back down… Their relationship may be beyond repair.”
While the report is based on the claims of an anonymous and unaccountable source, the couple’s joint spokesperson says
there’s no truth to the tabloid’s divorce story, and stressed they’re not having marriage problems.
OK! has been pushing this phony narrative for years. In 2017, Gossip Cop busted the magazine for falsely claiming Hill and McGraw’s joint tour could lead to a divorce as all the time spent together on the road could “cause any lingering tensions to resurface.” And in 2016, we busted the publication for wrongly alleging Hill and McGraw were “fighting for their marriage.” Those split stories never panned out, and this latest one is equally unfounded.
Brad Pitt 'wasting away?'
Brad Pitt is “wasting away” amid his divorce and custody battle with Angelina Jolie, reports the
National Enquirer. It’s gotten so bad, notes the publication, his friends fear he’s suffering from “manorexia.”
An insider tells the outlet, “Brad currently weighs around 160 pounds, which is too low for a man of his height and build. He should be more like 180 pounds.” The source also shares that eating properly “has been the last thing on [Pitt’s] mind” in the midst of all the drama he’s going through with Jolie. “He’s also been working nonstop and…it’s easy to lose track of time and forget about meals, but Brad’s missing out on a quite a few by the look of him. He’s also vaping, which suppresses his appetite.”
Pitt’s spokesperson assures Gossip Cop
the premise is “completely false,” and pointed out to how fit he looked on the red carpet at the Cannes Film Festival.
This isn’t the first time
Gossip Cop has had to debunk this untrue premise. We previously busted the Globe’s sister publication, Star, for falsely claiming Pitt had developed an eating disorder as a result of his divorce from Jolie. Shortly after that, the magazine’s other sister outlet, OK!, manufactured up a story about Pitt having a health crisis because of his divorce, to the point where he supposedly weighed less than 150 pounds. The narrative wasn’t true two years ago, and it’s no more accurate now.
Blake Shelton dumped Gwen Stefani?
Blake Shelton dumped Gwen Stefani on Mother’s Day, reports
Life & Style in a blockbuster cover story. The magazine says the No Doubt singer believed her boyfriend of nearly four years was going to propose on Mother’s Day, but instead he walked out on her.
A source tells the magazine the split was “shocking” for Stefani, especially when “Blake explained that they had a great romance going, but that all the pressure to marry her was just too much for him.” The insider also notes Shelton ended their relationship “over the phone,” which left Stefani “humiliated and angry.” The tipster continues, “She saw her mom and her kids but ended up spending most of the day alone, crying, trying to figure out what went wrong.”
The source adds that Stefani suspects there’s “another woman.” It’s her only conclusion because “there were no signs that he was unhappy.” Shelton has already “moved his things out of her LA home,” notes the insider.
However, the couple has been photographed together since Mother’s Day. Additionally, a rep for Stefani tells
Gossip Cop they haven’t split.
Life & Style can’t keep track of its tales. Last month, Gossip Cop busted the magazine for falsely claiming Stefani announced she was pregnant in the middle of her “secret” wedding to Shelton. And in December, Gossip Cop called out the magazine for wrongly reporting Stefani and Shelton were expecting twin girls. Much like those lies, the story about Stefani getting dumped on Mother’s Day is equally fictitious.
Summer wedding for Jennifer Lopez and Alex Rodriguez?
Jennifer Lopez and Alex Rodriguez are planning a summer wedding, reveals
Life & Style. The magazine reports the nuptials will include her twin son and daughter, as well and the former baseball player’s two daughters, and the theme will be about “blending families.”
The insider tells the outlet Lopez’s wedding dress will be a “formfitting Versace original.” Some of the celebrity guests who will be invited include Lady Gaga, Joanna Gaines, and the Kardashians. And the tipster adds, “There will be latin music, great food… and, of course, lots and lots of dancing.”
Glaringly, the tabloid omits a few key facts, such as where the supposed wedding will take place and when it will occur during the summer’s three months. And the reason, a Lopez confidante tells
Gossip Cop, is that the story is totally fabricated. Lopez will actually be very busy this summer with her It’s My Party concert tour. She has also said if they wed in 2019 it won’t be until the end of the year.
Just a month ago,
Gossip Cop busted Life & Style for making up a story about Lopez and Rodriguez planning the “most expensive wedding ever.” That article said they were tying the knot in the Bahamas. We also exposed the magazine for falsely reporting last year that Lopez and Rodriguez were expecting twins. As time has proven, she wasn’t even pregnant with one child. The latest report about a “summer wedding” is also fiction.
Queen wants Prince William to seize the throne from his father?
Queen Elizabeth wants Prince William to seize the throne from his father Prince Charles, reports the
A source tells the publication, “Her Majesty intends to abdicate before year’s end,” and will make the “bold move” of having her grandson, Prince William, ascend the throne instead of Prince Charles. The tipster adds there was a “shocking showdown at Buckingham Palace” during which the queen “told her oldest child he is OUT, and that William will be Britain’s next king.” The royal leaker reveals that Queen Elizabeth simply feels “Charles is unfit to rule.”
The story, however, is nothing more than fiction. The queen is 100 percent in the corner of Prince Charles, who she called “a dedicated and respected heir to the throne” at his 70th birthday party. She’s also made sure he’ll lead the Commonwealth after her. And the queen has recently had Prince Charles increasingly step in for her to perform a number of royal duties and functions.
Of course, the
Enquirer just makes up a lot of tall tales about the royals. Two months ago the tabloid maintained Queen Elizabeth had already made Prince Williams and Kate Middleton the next king and queen. It similarly insisted more than a year ago that Prince William and Middleton were crowned king and queen in a secret succession, and it was going to be announced in the summer of 2018. The latest story is just more fiction.
